Florida HB451 Mandatory Spay/Neuter - Page 1

OK Everyone...WE.
...FLORIDA....are now in the cross
hairs...;-(   On Jan 20, 2009 HB451 was filed in the Florida Legislature.  This
is a MANDATORY SPAY/NEUTER BILL!!!!!!!!!!   We are in deep doodoo!!!  They are
hoping that Florida will be the first state to pass MSN...so you can bet your
sweet bippy that they will put every efffort into this.  PLEASE!!!!  Spread this
to every pet owner...every show person...every animal lover you know...let's get
our letters going....let's storm the capital if need be and let's beat this
attack.  If we do not act now...this bill could be passed as early as May...and
then we will be up the proberbial creek without a paddle. 
There is also HB189 which is also out there,,, this
will lift the prohibition by the state so that each Florida County can also make
thier own Breed Specific Legislation (BSL)s would also open the door for the
ARA's(Animal Rights Activitist) to be able to go county by county to get thier
adgenda passed.  .  We NEED EVERYONE to step up to the plate with this one...if you think
that this won't affect you...you are badly mistaken.  
It is time we wake up and step up...are you ready
to meet the challenge...or are you just going to fade and go soflty into the
night until our rights are so far gone that our animals are taken away from
us???

We should all join the pet law lists on yahoo. They post petitions and letters  (links) that can be copied or just signed for all to voice there concerns with these nation wide laws to restrict breeding. Everyone need to be part of this or we will be restricted where or what we can buy .Or just lose our rights to own any animals freely  Anyone with helpfull links should post them on the PDB

I signed the petition as well as passed it on to everyone I know. Thanks for the information. It will continue to move state to state if we don't nip it in the bud right now.

Do you have to be a Florida resident to sign?

No every one should find these Bills in any state and write call sign. Let it be known all of us who own /breed any animal
Do not like our right taken away or messed with in any form. I live in Florida but have added my 2 cents in all states. I just sent
State Representative John A. Fritchey Democrat Illinois my disapproving for the people of Illinois. I posted the info on this board
and a link to write a note to the new president about these bills.

Drug dealers and murderers will be better protected under our laws then dog people.

Hi all from south Florida I will consider releasing the names of  major FL representatives in the Florida senate and local District Rep to Directly sending them our petitions.This matter should be send to local TV stations as a press release because i have not heard anything down here YET.
