I hope he takes a shower on Saturday nite with 3 large fellows named BUBA, BO and BU and he dropps the soap.

I hope that too. Really IMO he should have gotten longer time in jail (terrible english sorry) and also huge fines per dead and depleted dog. The dogs were not his - the owners PAID him for boarding and training, then lost their dogs in this horrible way, and they get nothing! I'd be livid.

i haven't been following this but doesn't he have to pay the owners for damages done to their dogs? or do they have the bring their own lawsuits?

Was there any provision prohibiting him from OWNING any animals in the future OR from OPERATING a similar facility for any period of time? Does he just get to go back into operation in June?
Hopefully, ALL the owners of dogs who were abused (includng those killed) will file suit, while they know exactly where he is to be served. :-) They may have years to perfect their judgments. :-)

Don't confuse civil court with criminal. He just went through criminal hearing, for damages the owners will have to take him to civil court.

Did I not make that clear that the dog-owners would/should SUE him for damages, while his location is known for 4 months and he can be served? :-)
Never mind, I now realize you are responding to someone else. :-) Still, it can't be said too much that they need to sue and need to do it promptly, while his location is known. Once he is out, he may end up "in the wind," with no one even knowing what state he is in four months from now.

Civil suits, get a judgement and put leins on his property.
For small claims court you don't even need an attorney. A small amount of money to a paralegal should take care of the paper work.
Here's hoping that his karma catches up with him bigtime.

Karma would not be civil judgments, IMO.
Karma would be "rough justice" from his fellow inmates. Some of those guys, even the nastiest and craziest, do not take kindly to those who victimize children and dogs. For some of them, some dog was the only living thing they ever cared about, or more importantly ever felt cared about them.
