In this ad it shows a puppy out of two normal looking shepherd parents...but the puppy looks like a mutt. Do these people really think they will sell that pup for $250 or am I just missing somthing?

Its possible alright,, its possible that the female wandered over to the neigbors dog!!!

Parents are beautiful then you have the pup! It looks mixed collie or husky. Can they actually register this dog as a purebred and get away with it?

I just dont see how the people dont think anything is wrong...If I had a pup that came out like that I wouldnt just go on trying to sell it like it was a normal looking german shepherd. Is it a genetic fault...Like the panda shepherd?

That's the first thing I thought....panda,....but it doesn't really look like a GSD in the face does it (colouring aside)? The ad doesn't say whether the pups are registered or not. I can't believe people are buying them as purebreds,

Even a mix can fetch 250 dollars .The dog next store seems to have cheated with his friends girl .

Nope!!  No way is that a purebred gsd.  It has coloring and markings like a Bernese Mountain dog, but the face  and facial bone structure isn't right for that, either.  It's a nice, and I am sure lving, fun mutt.

KellyJ I get the feeling some some of your posts (the one where you mentioned something about being like a noted K9 officer some day) you are a young adult....seems to me you are smarter than some of the adults on this board!  Good eye and trust that intuition of yours
