Can some one tell me!!
I have a German Shepherd female. I have mated my female with a German Shepherd Male 3 times in two days. After that another dog of different breed mated her.
So now pupies will a (a) Pure German Shepherd (b) Cross Breed (c) Or chances of both

could be both IMO. You would need to have the pups DNA tested to find out for sure who the father is.

now how you would go about registering, i don't know. I know that the AKC now will accept two different fathers, but that is for fathers of the same breed. don't know how they would handle a purebred and mixed litter if you are in the US

No problem,
make sure both parents have their DNA on file with AKC (If that's who you are planning on registering with,
or the kennel club you're reg. with, then as soon as pups are born, reg.the whole litter, and make sure to send away for
the DNA kits,
Then register each pup as an individual, you will have to pick out names and reg. each individual pup
so you can then proceed with the DNA testing, make sure you keep them marked well with collars or yarn.
The kennel club will let you know who the daddy is,
they want to reg. pups
