Hello all,
Can someone please tell me in "layman's" terms what the capabilities of DNA verification tests are?
For example, I have a dog whos lineage I can trace back over 12 generations, on the one side, with some greats in the line (Dick von Adeloga, Quanto von der Wienerau amongst others). I would like to "prove" this lineage - can DNA tests do anything for me? Is there any way to "fill in the blanks" so to speak, if I have the pedigrees, to verify the parentage of this dog?
