Sad news - Greta won't be home - Page 1

For those of you who contacted me and prayed for the return of Greta I thank you.  I have learned a great deal from this experience.  I was awarded a judgement in court.  The judge had no way of knowing who was telling the truth thus all he could do was award me my money back.  I will not name the defendant but those of you who want more details send me a pm and I will advise.

The judge needs educating..Did anyone present him the reputation of this witch?  All the ripoff reports are in the past but ones reputation holds a lot for who is telling the truth and who is not. She will never pay the judgement.She didnt in Illinois and German breeders are still  " Wanting" and waiting..   Am so sorry.

I would make sure that Judge doesnt get re elected. contact all breeders and kennels in the area...This is ludicrous.

you should see if you can put conditions on her until you receive payment something like you be awarded the dog until she pays you in full

The judge did not want to see any of past evidence.  He was not happy to be hearing this case today.  The case was originally set for last Thursday.  The defendant did not show up.  This was the Judge's vacation day.  All I am entitled to in his opinion is my money back.  This is a very sad day for justice.

What happened to the assault and trespassing Charges on Fenwald?

Lesson learned..Next person that attacks you on your own property , uninvited, beat  the pulp out of them and make sure they dont leave until the law gets there.

I don't understand why, if the defendant didn't show up last week, you didn't win by default? Did they send someone to ask for a continuation?

She called the judge while we were in court last Thursday.  He ordered her to be in court this morning and bring Greta with.  If she had Greta we never saw her.  The assault charges are still pending.  My husband has to go to the Prosecutor and talk to him.  This whole thing was a circus.  No justice in the law especially if you are honest.

I don't get it--she did NOT show up and you lost anyway????   And she was ordered to appear today, with the dog, and didn't...and no warrant issued?

Sounds like a Judge payoff to me..This woman has not lived in this county but a short time. bUT SHE IS SLY, AND COMES UP WITH MONEY FROM SOMEWHERE..   IF YOU DONT PAY YOUR FORMER BILLS AND LEAVE A STATE OWING,,, SHE IS USING SOMEONE ELSES MONEY..

.I would be in the District attorneys office with a mountain of evidence and Id throw the book on his desk sideways,,just like I did with ASST dA TURBYVILLE , in the Houston court , many years ago when Mike Franklin ,

 OF TOP DOG ACADEMY , STOLE MY KONIG, SOLD OTHER PUPS ILLEGALLY , AND SEVERAL OTHER CHARGES , AND TURBYVILLE , INDIDCATED IN THE WITNESS ROOM,,,THIS IS ALL DOG NONSENSE....HE FOUND A BOOK FLYING ACCROSS THE TABLE...ONE OF THE OFFICERS  OF pcT.4 , WENT OUT IN THE HALLWAY AND WENT TO WORK ON ANOTHER WITNESS TO EXTRACT THE TRUTH, INSTEAD OF MISMOSH DENIALS, AND CAME BACK IN THE ROOM.

..HE LISTENED THIS TIME AND THEN INTRODUCE ME TO THE COURT AFTER THE CASE..

HIS ASSUMPTION HAS ALWAYS BEEN...DOGS CASES ARE NONSENSE. HE FOUND OUT DIFFERENT

. I WOULD NOT ACCEPT THIS AND i WOULD GO TO THE TOP WITH THIS DECISION..SHE DIDNT COME TO COURT AND THEN DISOBEYED ORDERS TO BRING THE DOG.?   .. SOMETHING IS FISHY IN THIS COUNTY..THIS WOMAN HAS SUCH A BAD RAP FOLLOWING HER , AND THE DA CANT SEE THIS.???

FILE AN APPEAL...DID YOU HIRE AN ATTORNEY.?....TIME TO SPEND SOME MONEY.....ATTORNEYS GET PAID WHEN THEY WIN THE CASE...SUE HER FOR DAMAGES IN YOUR HUSBANDS ASSAULT./...PAYMENT IS YOUR DOG BACK.

YR I'm  glad you were able to fight for and get some justice, but unfortunately it seems many do not get justice in these cases.  Almost exactly same result for a friend of mine, as your result, Karma.   Her mini poodle was stolen by an acquaintance, the police refused to get involved, said it was a civil matter,  my friend sued the thief,  the thief never went to court, money judgment for my friend, judge said that was the best he could do.  Big Deal, it was never about the damn money.  The thief moved, and as far as anyone knows, she still has the dog.  Of course, my friend was never able to collect even the amount of the judgment.  The law sucks when it comes to scum sucking low life dog stealers.
