Legally
The KC cannot offer any coverage to any other broadcasting company because the agreement which they have with the BBC until 2010.

That's interesting Superdog. I'm sure there must be a way round it? Can part of the contract be that the BBC are allowed to dictate what breed of dogs are shown, or is there some "cruelty" loophole that they're jumping through whilst grasping at straws?

If the KC have a contract with BBC until 2010, surely that works both ways and the BBC have obligations too?

Yes quite correct this is the KC are sitting tight you have got it in ONE.
They obviously have the bull by the Horns. or what every!
