I know for the GSD Championship they have you go to regionals and you must have a 270 at that trial or an other trial . So my ? is to enter the HOT OR USA Working Dog Championship what do I need to do . I got my GSD ( no papers thanks to his breeder a well known NOT SO GOOD name on this website ) at the age of 10 months and have been working my but off for his BH and will do that soon he is 15 months now .. Now we are working for the SchH1 or IPO1 So any help you may have please let me know ok !

You do not need a qualifying score for a 1 and I believe (but am not sure) that you can now eneter your dog as mix but check with the USA office for sure or check out the schutzhund usa website

Yes, if you do not have the papers and registration with a "recognized" registry( eg NOT UKC), then you can obtain a USA scorebook with the dog listed as a mix and enter USA trials as a "mix."
It is really kind of dumb for breeders who know that the dogs are likely to be entered in USA trials to "play games" with the paperwork, as everyone knows/assumes that"mix" with a dog they can see, or tell from the kennel name in results, is a gsd is because of some paperwork issue.

It may well be the breeder is doing his best to get the paperwork. It took me 6 months to get the papers from Belgium to register a dog who had a litter after I got her and sold the puppies. Then AKC which is a short while, then the AKC DNA test which takes 6-8 weeks after AKC registration, and then the puppies can be registered. Took me 14 months on a female imported from Chechoslavika to get the papers from that country to start the process with AKC.. Therefore any delay may depend upon where the male or female is/was registered.
