Only held for one month? I wish I was in CA and could do something to help this girl. I know we can't save them all, but that just doesn't play very well when I lay down to sleep at night and see their faces in my mind.

Unfortunetly with the economy in the tank and getting worse were only going to see more of this...I hope she can find a good home I,ve already got 7.

This is heartbreaking. I love black GSDs. If I lived in California, I'd take her. But I'm too far away.

Thanks everybody...........my friend is getting her out today, she must be spayed, and will bring her to her "outlawed big dog apartment" We will stay on task to find her her forever home..............will drive and deliver if you are her forever home. (California anyways)

can you list her in a "private party" adoption section of a gsd rescue group? i know that www.gsroc.org has that option on their website. you might get more "exposure" for this girl. good luck to you.
