Why is it TriState that you are involved in so many problems -  Some of which you create. Why don't you take this off line and deal with it some other way? By the way, just in case you don't know, you probably better find out what is and is not a felony. Seems you get into these situations all the time. Anyone who would have any sense would steer clear of you and your business.

Lots of overwhelming concern over this $1500 deposit. Cant this so called marine handle his own affairs? He can certainly go to small claims Court file a complaint and have the matter before a Judge in order to recoup his lost money. If he has a contract bring it before the Judge or any other evidence he may have cancelled check etc. The question also remains was this a refundable or non-refundable deposit ? Dont know all the particulars?

Tristate,,,,,,good edit of your original post to now show nothing, including a new subject header. People are tired of your shenanigans. I don't know many on this board or in real life that are constantly in the "crap". You seem to have a knack for it. What does that tell you about your business ethics?

None of us want to see anyone get screwed, but yes, in this case, and especially because you were involved, there is a real question as to what was the agreement. Let the two parties duke it out.

Hodie, this is why I deal with no one from Ohio. 99% of them are wacked!

by hodie on 14 December 2008 - 02:12

I believe Ohio has a real problem, or at least we see here a lot of problems coming from there. However, our current op lives in one of the Carolinas I think, unless he moved. But he was involved with that dog he "sold" to someone in Ohio who did not want it because it supposedly only had one testicle and, if you will think about it, you will remember what a mess that was and how long it went on her. The new owner threatened to do the dog in, Tristate was not much better..... Just the kind of people I don't want to deal with.
