The only concern I have is the area he is buying in - it is very close to Amish country, and the Amish have some of the worst puppy mills in the country. One would hope that the Bidens have done their homework - but I'd like to know more about the breeder...

I believe this breeder has about thirty to forty dogs that all live in the house.  All are allowed to run together.

Having forty dogs run together in and out of your house is not a possibility unless you want death on a day by day basis...

Does anybody know for sure who he bought the puppy from? There are quite a few breeders in that area of PA, not too far from where I am. Some of them have some very nice working dogs.

 Let's not forget that  when it comes to dogs, including gsds, Biden is simply "John Q. Public."   And John Q is the one these breedefs aim for, because they don't even know about things such as the AKC Gazette, suspension of privileges, German line, American lines, etc.
