Hi, It is not so easy as you think.  It depends more from the knowledge of the breeder, if you can learn to put the correct male for the female you have.  If you believe success must come just having a Wienerau female is not fair. You must look always for the correct male.

It is sad to see that with this beatiful pedigree you have  produce nothing  for the future. Regards

I think you are barking up the wrong tree, so to speak. If you want to blame one dog, for the problem of German Shepherds in India.

I checked out the Dasty pedigree. It has some of the Top Seiger, best known dogs in there. Just about EVERY dog in the Historic VA list has the same dogs THROUGHOUT. Like it or not, Wienerau/Arminius lines are major pieces of The German Shepherds (showlines) as we know them today.

I myself happen to love those lines. In fact, MY dogs are Fully Loaded, but have," NONE, Nada,  Zip," of what you describe .

1. Week bones

2. Snoopy faces

4. movement (Fly all say it) actually a GSD should Gait and not fly, cos birds FLY

5. Color ( white markings) more contribution awaited......

I have to say, I have noticed that A Whole lot of dogs I see from India, on this Database, ARE VERY ROACH BACKED, in fact more so than any others I notice. I really don't think it's fair you try to put this on these, historic, influencial lines.JMO,

Can't wait to see what others say, working lines EXCLUDED, (we are ALL predjudice to the lines and qualities we look for). I must admit though, I am gaining a new respect for, and a liking to working lines.

I was checking out Dragon Shepherds, and really like what I see there. I am only now getting to know and learn working dogs and their pedigrees.
