Got this shot of my female this weekend. It's only taken with my phone, so not the best quality, but I thought a pretty good stack, for being by myself anyway!! Critiques anyone? Good or bad. I'm just currious what I have. The ground is pretty uneven and I by no means know how to stack. I only show in AKC obedience, tracking and herding. So no experience in any kind of breed ring.

Well here goes,
she still has a lot of maturing to do but she is a nice bitch, feminine with a lovely head and expresion but large ears hahaha, I also have a girl with ears like that she can receive television stations.
She also has good colour. I hope you do well with her. Well done with the stack.

the stack isn't bad - she is very pretty, and her structure is very nice! Looks like she has a nice personality too - have fun with her!

She is beautiful. the stack is certainluy not bad as it is only you as a handeler and the photographer. the croup of rthe female is little short and thats what look in the pic too. still if given a nice stack she can look much better. She has good bones, good head and looks like a good female over all to me.
take care

Very pretty, nice feminine expression, good pigment, not over-angulated.

Thanks for all the nice comments everyone. And yes, Dogshome, I know about the ears! I think Henna receives TV stations also!! But of course I think she is "perfect". As every owner should!
http://www.pedigreedatabase.com/gsd/pedigree/519533.html She's in the database, I need to change her picture. She was about a year in that picture.
Thanks again!

Larger than usual ears is a personal taste, I now think.
Mine also has larger than usual ears. I asked the stud owner, who is an AKC GSD judge, if my girl's ears are too large. The answer is that large ears are very nice, as long as they are erect and have a nice set. I have come to like my girl's large ears.
My original preference was for smaller ears; this stud does not have small ears but I accept him as all the rest are right on.

Very pretty bitch. She has a lovely feminine head, good pigment, well muscled, nice angulation (not overangulated), a bit short in the croup but overall a very pretty dog. Yes, she's got big ears but you knew that. I had one with large ears too but she did eventually grow into them. Either that or I got used to the look. Your girl has two of the same dogs my boy has in the pedigree: Karat's Yoker and Ursus von Batu. I like showlines too. It sounds like you are having a great time with her.

Very nice bitch.. not overdone an any one area. Immature, but personally I like seeing a young dog without the extra pounds that some people insist on adding. She'll fill out in this next year. The stack is very nice for a freestack, and shows her well in the photo. For the AKC show ring she'd need to learn to "squat" a bit to stretch farther and show more rear angle. Personally I like her the way you have her, but you know them crazed judges... lol
