there is a dog in my dogs pedigree named tourtel du chenil belg.

it has no parents.

i did a search for chenil belg and found manby other dogs with so and so du chenil belg. i just dont know which tourtel is related to. does anybody here know those "chenil belg" people? or a way to find where tourtel belongs?
