For me & mine - I'm not sure I would like this food - There is a Large percentage of Grain as the first 3 ingredients listed right behind the meat is grains of Rice/ Oats/ Barley. All 3 of these are good in their own rights but that is a large percentage of total ingredients. I'm also not sure about using the Beet pulp for filler as well. This may be good as a filler, but I'm not familiar with what the nutrition might be for this, or how well they digest/ absorb it.

I have been using this food for almost a year now and like what it does for my dogs here. The dogs that I have had problems putting on weight on seems to have bulked them up. They also have a breeders program and really work with their customers unlike some of the others that I have used in the past. We have firm stools which was a problem in the past. They make 4 levels depending upon how active the said dog is. We feed level 2 and when trialing we up to level 3. Hope this helps

I never had a problem with food that has beet pulp :)
I just looked at the ingridiant list, and I would like to see more meat content. It is very similar to the food that I was using before and will switch back to within few weeks and I had quite good results. My dog was lean and healthy, had no problems with the food, once I switched over to Orijen to see how much better it is I start haveing problems with her scratching and the stool being not consistent. I would not have a problem trying out that food. But let your eyes be the judge. I am sure other people will have different opinions.

I have been using the food for a year also. I have raised puppies on it and have an 11 month old female that looks great. Her prelim xrays look excellent. She' s very healthy. I have fed it to a dog the first day she was imported, no problems. It is great for the ones that it is hard to keep weight on, because of the different levels. It's natural, no preservatives or chemicals. It's made by a very reputable US company that has been since the 1930's. The one big plus for me is that all of their ingredients come from the US! I have met with the people that developed the food, they know what they are doing.
