Help from an expert or someone very experienced will be appreciated! =] I dont know what this is and why this shows up. She goes on anti biotics and shes fine. Then after 2 weeks its back again. I was soo helpless that i started the raw diet but shes only been on the diet for a week so it wont make much of a difference. I feel like bashing my head against the wall. Here are some pictures! Im sorry i keep bothering you all..its just that im helpless and i dont know what to do! I took her to the vet today but the stupid man got caught up in traffic and i had to wait for 2 hours. Now im gonna take her tomorrow. This rash is also in the region near and around the anus. Its wet becasue i put sulphur on it.

Seems like she is biting herself there Looks to me like you are dealing with an itchy dog and from our past conversations ,I would guess that you are dealing with an allergy to a certain protein hence thats why i said what i said to you on your last post.

i'm far for expert but what popped in my mind was insect bites; is that possible? given all her skin issues it looks like her system may still be reacting stronger than average. my total guess would be it should fade in a few days and that the sulfur is helpful because it will speed up the healing and stop her from making it worse.
i forget what's your dog's name and how old is she?

It's difficult to tell prperly from the photo. Did your Vet do a skin scraping and have it analysed befroe giving antibiotics?

This is a hot spot created by the dog biting at it. First aid wash it with peroxide that will dry it up wash it about 2 times a day . after washing let it set for about 1/2 hour and follow with an antibiotic cream such as Neosporin . The healing process is it will be dry and darken up once you see that just use the antibiotic cream . Sometimes it is wise to shave that area so you will be able to see new hair groth and it is much easier to clean . If you choose to shave you only need to take a tiny bit off beyond the affected area .

Looks like Ringworm to me .. see if your vet can RX Griseofulvin.

you should have started your dog on probiots when you switched to raw, so adding that will help her a lot. i've used prozyme and digest-all plus (i think that's what it's called).
what was she eating before?
what raw meats/bones/etc are you feeding her now?
if this all just started when you started feeding her raw, it might just be her body adjusting to the raw, or getting rid of any 'toxins' from the previous food. if it's a hotspot like pia suggested, peroxide and neosporin are great. i've also used tomlyn's biocane instead of neosporin if the dog keeps licking/biting the area.
