BUYER BE AWARE: USIMPORTS - Page 1

I was alerted to the fact that Sarah Vail Fox and/or Kevin Fox has supposedly sold and tried to sell dogs here as "usimports". You need to read the following links and insure that her business has changed before parting with any money or getting your hopes up.  If you have already sent money whether you received a dog or not, please contact me privately.  BE CAREFUL BUYING ONLINE.  I am new here and don't know how to properly display links, sorry.  Not here to argue, want to make people aware and ensure everyone gets what they pay for.

Oh no....this is the person that my friend paid close to 3000 USD (with shipping) for Uran vom Schmetterholz.  Dog arrived, tattoo matches copy of import papers that were scanned on computer and sent via email.  Dog is friendly and social, but emaciated.  I was personally surprised that the vet gave a health certificate on him since his condition was so poor.  I sure hope that the registration papers come to her because I had hoped to use him for breeding with one of my showline girls.

YOUR FRIEND WAS TOLD THE DOG NEEDED TO GAIN WEIGHT. YOUR FRIEND ALSO STATED THAT THE DOG HAD TO BE SHIPPED NO MATTER WHAT......... ALL E-MAILS ARE SAVED, AS WELL AS PHOTOS OF THE DOG PRIOR TO SHIPPING, AND MEDICAL RECORDS SHOWING DOGS WEIGHT, AND MEDICAL TESTING TO GO WITH DOGS WEIGHT BEING NOTHING BUT HIS METABOLISM!!!!!

IF SHE IS NOT HAPPY WITH THE DOG, SHE CAN SHIP HIM BACK FOR FULL REIMBURSEMENT OF WHAT SHE PAID FOR HIM AND WE WILL PAY SHIPMENT COSTS BACK TO L.A. -- PERIOD END OF STORY!

Generally when one sends $2000 for a dog and then the seller seems to DISAPPEAR off the face of the earth, not answering calls or emails and  AFTER  THE SELLER PROMISING to deliver the dog and simply NOT SHOWING UP WITHOUT CALLING OR EMAILING...that tends to make one INSIST the dog be shipped since you told her you didn't have the money to give her a refund.  She had paid for the dog well over a month before he finally shipped, STILL WITH NO REGISTRATION PAPERS.  The dog eats great now and to my understanding, weighed 78 pounds per the health certificate, and as big as he is, he needs to be atleast 95 pounds.  I personally put hands on the dog less than a week after being here and he was a bone rack, after being fed well for the few days here.  He actually had a placement WITHELD from him at a show DUE TO CONDITION.  That is PITIFUL.  If this is the person that sold the dog to her, you should be ashamed of yourself for treating the dog like that...all he needed was FOOD.  I'm sure you are not suffering from missing many meals.

WHO has the papers on URAN VOM SCHMETTERHOLZ and is there anyone out there that thinks they are still owed money on this dog for the paper to be released?  From reading the above links, I am disappointed that my friend was probably conned by one that seems to be a pro at it.

That dog was shipped, with PURCHASER (Carolyn Mills) WELL AWARE of his condition. We have medical records for anyone who would like to see them. Again, if she would like to RETURN the dog for a full refund of her PURCHASE PRICE she is welcome to do so.

#1.....why don't you sign your posts? 

#2.  Are those medical records you mention he ones that Carolyn paid $200 for ie brucellosis test, semen anaylsis, etc. that you refuse to send her or give her the name of the vet that did the tests so she could have requested them herself?

#3.  Who has the papers on the dog?  The name of the person has been requested from you several times and you refuse to disclose it, even though Carolyn gave you $1000 for those papers.

I can't speak for her, but I doubt that she would send the dog back without the total cash refund upfront because of the reputation of the seller...and since the overall physical condition of the dog was so poor, he obviously wasn't taken care of, why would you want him back....unless to sell him to someone else w/o giving anyone their money back only after Carolyn has worked to get the dog in a non-life threatening body condition.

Again anyone who would like medical records, please do feel free to request them. There are also photo's (that were sent to the purchaser) of the dog in his current state. And you posted above that he "now eats well, etc" HE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM EATING -- EVER. It was KEEPING HIS WEIGHT. And again BUYER was made aware of this.

Oh, and we will send cash FIRST -- and then post RECORD of doing so here if need be. But once the cash is sent, the dog needs to be on the plane -- PERIOD. If we REFUND CAROLYN MILLS, THE DOG NEEDS TO BE RETURNED.

Answer the question as to WHO has the paperwork to register the dog. 

I'm sure that Carolyn would like to see the vet records that you post that you have, since she paid for them and you refuse to send them.  Scan them and upload them on here, that shouldn't be too hard to do, make Uran vom Schmetterholz a gallery.
