I assume since you work for pedigree that you will be able to provide me with a FULL analysis and ingredients list.

All 5 and 6 star dog foods provide these details including where the ingredients are sourced.

Have to say i have used PEDIGREE ADVANCE range with no major problems. But this was many years ago,when there was not a huge selection like there is now. IMO there are way far better foods on the market today, and i would not go back to pedigree again. liz

I too used to swear by Pedigree,  I however switched to another better quality food.  Now I feed Raw and certainly have had great luck...  IMO I think RAW is the way.

To everyones horror and disbelief: the problems are not so much the dog foods, but the dogs. Our dogs are so in-bred,linebred,purebred, that more GI problems have come out of that fact than crappy food. Everyone is so concentrated on the better food, but insist on breeding dog pairs that do NOT have good stool, meaning it is always a battle to have good, cosistent, formed stool. Since 1979, I have bred dogs ONLY with good stool, both sire and dam, and, lo and behold, no stool problems. Give me a nice outcross anyday, I'll bet it will be easier to clean up their poop. I wander about all the different types of food myself, up til about 2-3 years ago I fed Purina to all my dogs, and just this year my 2 elderly dogs passed and they were both 13 yrs old.  They were on Purina over 3/4 of their lives.  So I too wander about which dog food to buy.

Tracie, i am searching through old files and boxes that contain my doggie stuff and i am sure i have an old sample bag here somewhere,but i just can't lay my hands on it. If i find it i wiil let you know the content. liz
