Hello.  It seems that yeast can be responsible for a plethora of ills.  I know there is an anti yeast kit out there - it is expensive though.

Has anyone tried to replicate it using things one could buy at a health food store, etc?  Like apple cider vinegar, probiotics etc?  What are you using and why?  What dosage and frequency?

(the kit I am talking about can be found at http://nzymes.com/Articles/Instructions_for_systemic_yeast_infections.htm

Tigerhouse - why the garlic?

And can someone explain what the apple cider vinegar does?

all of the above attack yeast and kill it but the key to killing the infection is regular treatment (weekly)

I often wonder how my father's dogs survived, before all of these "remedies" became fashionable lol. They were fed scraps from the table and anything, and I mean Anything they found lying around the farm--from mice to manure lol
