Jakos Garliavetis...info? pictures? reason for failing bitework?

Hi everyone,

I'm interested in knowing more about Jakos Garliavetis. I can't seem to find any info on him at all, but did read that he failed the bite work at the sieger show. Does anyone know the reason why? was it due to courage or control? Any info or pictures would be greatly appreciated. I thank you now in advance.

I'm going to guess that he didn't bite at all, or was Insufficient.
