I am starting my hunt for a bitch to lease for one breeding.Terms negotiable. I may be willing to complete a title for the breeding. Proposed sire is SchH3 (National level) OFA excellent.

I am looking for working lines with SG type conformation, good color, medium size and EXcellent character and temperament / Normal hips. Prefer no Orry vh Antwerpa, no Yoshy, and little or no Czech  lines in the pedigree. Some show lines mught be considered but must have very good work ethic and working drive.

Not in any hurry, just starting to look. Potential breeding  winter 08 or spring '09.

Please email privately

Why are you prejudiced against Czech lines? can you pm me email or just tell everyone? Is it cause they were communist lines or what?

I dont have any bitch to lease but the lines you want to stay away from are some of the best in the world for working lines just seems odd. Most breeders would jump at something with Orry in them and Yoshy.

what people choose is just that,,, their choice.   what lines one person may like is anothers bane.

of all the reasons i have heard of not liking czech dogs,,,,,,,, because they  were a communist country,  cant say  i ever heard that one before.

Thanks all for the warnings. I am not new to this rodeo and know what sort of person I would deal with. I have bloodlines I like, having been producing my own titled comepetition dogs for 20+ years, so with all due respect, "Most breeders" can breed whatever they like. I know what I like and what I do not wish to linebreed on. I never heard of the "Communist" prejudice agianst Czech dogs either,  lol. I know there are many nice Czech dogs, but the pedigrees do not fit in the breeding program that I have so  I have no interest in using them. I have a type and I have a style of dog that suits me, and I woud llike to use my male to bring something else in, but something along the lines of what has worked for me into this sixth generation of titled dogs I have bred myself.

If you do know of a nice female in the western US, I'd like to hear about her. I am perfectly capable of "vetting" the owner myself.

Hi Julia,

although I do not know you personally, I have heard of you and your excellent reputation. If you can't find anything suitable on the West Coast, let me know if you consider checking further out. I have a very promising Paska-daughter, one year old. Due to lack of time, we will either sell her or would consider placing her for titling with somebody reputable here in the U.S. or Germany. Terms are negotiable, of course.

If you check out my homepage, please also check on Pia's mother, Chuckie.
