Wow! That little kid gets better attention out of her pup than the majority of adult trainers. Kudos to her parents for giving her a pup to train, and to her dad, or whoever the assistant is, working the line on the pup, so dog and his young handler have the greatest chance to succeed.
As someone else pointed out, that girl is well on her way to being a heck of a dog trainer some day.
