i live in the west coast of scotland, and would like to get some advice, on where i might be able to find a show training class, to show at breed shows. i have a nice 7month old quantum grandson, and am having difficulty finding anyone who can help me find a suitable training club. can anyone help? please!

your best bet is to contact the KC and ask for ring craft classes in your area

Im assuming you want to show on the Germanic side of the breed. Unfortunately ringcraft will give you little help on that side of things. I go to ringcraft for my table breed but its hopeless for the GSDs. Yes you'll learn some show etiquette but they dont hold the lead right or get them moving out. Also if you go with a Germanic they will generally look at you like you are from outer space. The best comment I ever heard from an English side competitor when she came out the ring "I remembered to keep my right hand behind my back"!!! talk about odd training.
Also ringcraft talk lots about being dressed appropriately etc - that all goes out the window for us!
