I bought an AKC GSD yesterday from a breeder and I want to check her blood line. Can anyone help me get to where I need to be. Thank you

There is a "search" section you can type in the sire and/or dam's name to find out if they are registered here.
You did not do this before purchase??

I have all of her Akc paperwork. I know that she is good breed. I also made sure that her mother and father hips and elbows had been checked. I just wanted to see what and if any champonships were in here blood line.

The breeder should be able to show you the pedigrees for both of your puppy's parents. She may not own the father but she certainly has the mother's pedigree. Your puppy's parents may or may not be in the database here. However, you can also get a 3 generation pedigree for your puppy when you send in the AKC registration paper. It's a very nice, well done pedigree suitable for framing. Congratulations on your new puppy.
