Has anyone used it?? Any opinions or experiences would be much appreciated. How does it compare to Flint river ranch??? Pros and cons of both???

I use Blackwood and am very happy with it... there are numerous formulas and the dogs look great and have no trouble.... a 40lb bag lasts about a week for 6 dogs.. very economical and I buy in bulk so I get an excellent price AND it gets delivered..... I've never fed Flint River but I hear it's a good food, fed Natural Balance before the Blackwood and it's a great food but twice the price and for a 35 lb bag.....

We use blackwood as well. Very happy with it. Used for all working dogs and one show female. Very digestable.

Don't know. They are based in SC and the distributors are mainly in the SE. We also have it delivered by the pallet..... We feed blackwood and organ meats. Here is the link: http://www.blackwoodpetfood.com

I use Blackwood 3000 for my Greyhound and German Shepard. It is a good dog food without additives or perservitives. The only problem is they run out of food too much and you're left having to buy another dog food until they stock up.

I order mine from the head quaters in Columbia SC, and they are out of dog food many times. I find no excuse acceptable for a dog food company to run out of dog food, especially the main distributor.

We order so we do not run out and I like the idea that the food is made and shipped. Fresh.
