Maybe they need to fire the police chief for allowing her to stay on the force. Again, I am not going to judge on the NEWS reports, and I was not there. However, if this has any merit they need to clean the house and not jail them. Trust me, I am not a fan of every officer.

My sister had one next door who shot her puppy, because he dug under the fence and was fighting with his "big" dog. The puppy was hurt (not bad) in the fight and crawled over to a corner of the fence and was curled up in a ball and he went in the house and got his SERVICE revolver and shot the pup 4 times. I think this SOB should have lost his job too, and because he was left on the force, I think the Cheif should lose his job. this nut case is a hazard to the streets. The pup made it after extensive surgery. My sister still has him, an Akita. He was very young at the time this took place, he was no threat. He just got into the wrong yard.

Agree, but this is part of cleaning up, arresting officers that use excessive force, and yeah they should fire the chief as well.

Mohr was reprimanded for the threats. That's not a crime, and I never said it was. It was only stated to show the pattern of behavior that caused her to lose her job and eventually her freedom.

The point here, and what led Mohr to her cell, is that she misused her K-9 partner and rountinely used excessive force to execute her job.

The PG County Chief did lose his job, thankfully. I lived in the Mongomery Co,  area at the time (adjacent) to PG, and the corruption was widely know. Oh, and that cop next to your sister should be fired and the chief too. Honestly, who wants crazies like that patrolling their neighborhood.

I think the FED PROSECUTORS SHOULD BE Jailed. I think the FBI should investigate the Fed Prosecutors.

'Pattern of behavior' had nothing to do with this case. Threatening to release a dog is the same as threatening to use mace, pepper spray or tazer. Its done frequently by cops, to avoid escalation and for safety sake of all invovled, K9 handlers included.
