Faust is doing good here although I'm having the same problem as you waiting for his paperwork too. We are very happy with him and plan to breed him this spring. Hopefully you get your problem solved and they give you what they promised.
It really angers me to hear when someone gets screwed from someone that isn't what they portray themselves as. I also notice that the person Sarah hasn't made anymore comments here once you chimmed in. Typical for a scammer. I glad to see that the other person got their money back before they got screwed too. Good luck with this problem and if there is anything I can do on this end just let me know

If USimports is Sarah Vail Fox then YES she is a scammer and needs to be reported to the police and the Attorney General of wha ever state you live in. Some of you could have been saved from being scammed, as I posted about her several months ago but the board moderator removed my post.
Sarah Vail Fox has been scamming people since at least 2001. Phoney rescue scams, selling sick dogs that she buys from puppy mill auctions. Possibly stealing dogs and reselling them. Keeping the money and not sending the dog. You name it. She was convicted in Colorado of internet fraud. Contact the attorney general in Colorado and see if there is anything that can be done. She MUST be stopped. One scam victim was able to access her Paypal records and they estimated that in 2007 she managed to scam people out of over $100,000 TAX FREE!!!!. She needs to do some serious jail time for all of the people AND the dogs that she has hurt. But until enough people take the time to actually file a report, nothing will be done.
In the past her favorite breeds to scam people with were French Bulldogs, Boston Terriers, Yorkies and any other expensive dog.
Also post far and wide about what has happened to you. Go to the Rip Off report and post as well. Hopefully you can help keep others from being scammed, and dogs from dying.

WELL IT HAS NOW BEEN A WEEK SINCE USIMPORTS/SARAH FOX STATED SHE WILL PROVIDE ME VET RECORDS ON URAN, AND REFUND MY MONEY I PAID HER FOR HIM AND HIS PAPERS. AS OF THIS EVENING, STILL NO REFUND, AND NO VET RECORDS OR NAME OF THE VET WHO SUPPOSEDLY DID THE WORK. SO NEEDLESS TO SAY IT'S OFF TO THE ATTORNEY'S OFFICE TOMORROW. I'VE GIVEN HER AMPLE TIME TO SEND EITHER, BUT NOTHING, AND SHE HASN'T RESPONDED TO MY E-MAILS FOR THE LAST COUPLE OF DAYS AGAIN!! SURPRISE

Carolyn Does this surprise you at all. Scamstopper you are so right if just half of the people being screwed by people like usimports would only report this than maybe she would do some time. But until it happens to someone important will anything happen. It make breeders like myself have trust issues cause of one idiot like her.
SARAH FOX I hope you get exactly what is coming to you JAIL TIME

Just wanted to post an update to this thread. It has now been 3 weeks sinc this all started here, STILL I've not heard back from Sarah Fox/USIMPORTS. No refund of ANY money, NO proof of any vet tests/medical records/ nothing! I've been in contact with the authorities and posted her on all lists I could find, RipOff Report, the BBB, etc. For someone who stated on the thread multiple times she'd refund the money for Uran, and post the medical reports on him, she sure hasn't done either! Do your homework, and BEWARE of this person! Uran has gained 14# since being here, is very happy and has a wonderful outlook on life now. I'm so very glad I got this beautiful dog out of the hands of someone who blatantly didn't take care of him! Too bad for such a nice dog. Glad he's got a good home now! Carolyn Mills

SIT in her neighborhood and post signs about her she'll give in...

Well welcome aboard then Gator113! Trust me, I've got everything in writing between us, kept every one of our e-mails. My attorney said that written e-mails are just as legal and will hold up in court as a written contract. She refuses to refund my money, and hasn't answered any of my e-mails or calls since this thread was first posted, so I can't return him. She won't send me my refund back. So I'm enjoying him, as is, and will pay again to have all his health tests done by my own vet, since she won't release any, probably because she never did them in the first place!
To wuzzup: I know EXACTLY where she lives, even have a picture of her house and street, thank goodness for internet! So she will be getting a surprise visit when she LEAST expects it!!

The best way to deal with this situation is to file a written complaint to The State Attorney Generals office division of Consumer protection of whatever state USimports is in.
You can call your state attorneys generals office and they will give you the contact information of whatever state your looking for.
I live in New Hampshire and a few years ago a company in California scammed me. Well within 4 weeks after I contacted the state attorney general office in California they actually told me what to put in the letter I got a letter of apology back from the company with a bank certified check for the full amount. Up to that point I was going nowhere fast.
You can pursue a legal remedy but it will take quite a bit of time and you never know how it will turn out especially if it is an interstate suit. This is the fastest and best way I know of dealing with this unfortunate situation. Best of luck to you
