Glad you got your money back, but the whole thing should have never happened.

Is USIMPORTS aka Sarah Fox and/or Kevin Fox just using the Pedigreedatabase as a source for "short term loans" so that they don't have to pay bank interest?  I mean to sell a dog, then not produce it or its papers and then have the world jump for joy that they only lost 46$......

I would like everyone to just GIVE me $46 for nothing, I'll harass you a bit if it makes you feel like you're "getting your monies worth".  Cash would be great, or better yet, Walmart Money Gram or Western Union.

Send those Moneygrams to Susan Griffin, Jeffersonville Indiana so I can just leave work and pick up the money.

You are EXACTLY correct.

Oddly, in the middle of this, I had a $1500 dental emergency.  Really could have used a loan (and ended up getting one from my father)....maybe I should have just avertised imaginary dogs with Schutzhund titles for sale for a wonderful price or a dog with no papers for  $3000 and sat back and let the money roll in.  Forget interest, I'd even return the money in a month or so and just pay $46 or whatever the fee is to send it back.  Put Title Pawn and Payday Loan businesses out of business, advertise an imaginary dog for sale or an expensive dog with no papers but promise papers and make sure to get all payment in Moneygrams.

I have a Begium Import male, OUTSTANDING bloodlines, almost ready for his BH, potential to go Sch H2.....he's not for sale but if you send me money via Moneygram, I will tell you about him and even send you REAL pictures of him.....LOL

Some people amaze me.  I become more cynical and sarcastic every day.

Nwilz- I'm so glad you got your money back!  I, on the other hand, am still waiting for my money to be returned for Uran. USImports/Sarah Fox has been e-mailing me privately, saying she will refund my money but as of now there has been NO refund, I've asked for it several times. So all along this thread where she claims she will send it is not true, or she would have sent it already. I have given her till midnight tonight to forward it to me, via Wal-Mart's moneygram system, the same way I sent her the payment for Uran, his vet bills, plus papers. So I will post here tomorrow what has transpired!  Also, we still haven't seen any vet records at all, and she won't give me the name of the vet who supposedly did the work. Fishy!! I have been in contact with his exporter, the original importer, and the person he sold the dog to. I've sure been getting a much different story that what was originally told to me! Will post again tomorrow an update.

Well it is now Sat.morning, and surprise!!  STILL no refund (as she agreed to in earlier posts) and STILL no vet records or registration papers (as promised).  So I have given USIMPORTS/SARAH FOX until Sunday 5pm (my time) te refund my money. If I don't recieve it as she says she will refund me then I'm off first thing Monday morning to start any/all legal action I can start to bring her to justice. She has lied/cheated way too many people for her to continue this!  I have several other people on my side in this as well, so she is really in over her head now!  If she doesn't refund my money by Sun she'll sure be sorry!  I'll post an update Monday morning what happens!  Honest people don't do this kind of stuff.

Well, it's way past the 5PM deadline I've given USIMPORTS/SARAH FOX to refund my money paid for Uran vom Schmetterholz.  So she leaves me no other recourse then taking legal action against her. I'm off work tomorrow to start any/all legal actions I can. On her post she stated several times she will refund my money, but of course that was all for show to all readers on this board, she had no intentions on sending it, or would have as she stated she would. I've had contact with Uran's original exporter and importer, and have much more background on the issues involved with his paperwork. I've also had several people pm me with advise as well.  So  I want to thank all for giving me assistance in this matter. It's off to my attorney's office in the morning.  For all those out there, PLEASE do your homework before trusting someone you don't know.  I've sure learned a valuable lesson here!

OH WOW, I'm sorry to hear that she hasn't done right.  She never sent me the scan of the vet reports that she proclaimed that ANYONE could see them.....

I hope someone out there knows where his papers are and maybe you can work directly with them.

Yes, it's a shame you have to take legal matters in your own hands, but sometimes that's all you can do once you've been "ripped off"! I'm off to see my attorney in 20 minutes!

Wow,  What a scam artist US IMPORTS are. Never heard of them, but they ought to be ashamed of themselves. But I will keep their names if that is what they truely are on my black list and hope I never see or hear of them. I can't believe that they think that the bad business they do wouldn't go around like wild fire.

Carolyn if there is anything that I can do to help over here just pm me.  They will probably open up tomorrow under another name just like the breeder that I had gotten screwed from. 

Sarah and Kevin Fox if this is a true name you should be ashamed of your self to take good people of their money and give them shit instead. I have a few contacts oversea and plan on sending your names off to them as soon as I'm done here. I hope the two of you get more than what you thought you would get in the first place ( A JAIL CELL)
