Raised properly AND trained. Are you near a good schutzhund club and one that would help you bring the puppy to its full potential? Unfortunately, there are clubs that won't deal with show line dogs. I don't think that would be an issue, thiugh, if YOU demonstrate that YOU are willing to devote the time and energy it takes to train and title a dog.
Check out clubs without taking the puppy with you first to make sure that you are comfortable with the training methods and the people.
