Mum of Zoe

I really love the snow on her nose in both pics.  So cute!  She's got that nice air trot too :D

This dog must be in Minnesota--both Sire aand Dam are from Minnesota kennels.  Jecoda is quite well-known and of course there is Dallas.

I am glad this pretty girl has a great home.  Some of my female's lines are the same as hers.  People up here kind of share the same lines over and over again.  Seems like she is too angulated and tall.  I am not a fan of the American German Shepherds however.  She looks very sweet, but she is a female and there is a devil there.  My Am-Bred girl was very playful and mischievious

I have nothing negative to say about this girl but I would caution against breeding a dog with this pedigree to a dog like Eich vd Hochberger. When you breed a minimally linebred dog like Eich that produces very strong nerve and aggression to a very in/linebred dog, that the dogs that are linebred on are not known for strong nerves, then you have a recipe for producing puppies that have much aggression and thin nerves!!! These are very dangerous dogs and are the type that give the PETA people their ammunition. This is not negative against the female, its just to say that when you have these softer dogs as a result of many years of linebreeding on SOFT dogs then you can't go to strong dogs and expect to get a balance or improvement on the softness without sideeffects....Good luck with her!

Wow I never woulda known that!  Looks like genetics and breeding is even more complicated than I thought.  All the more reason for newbies like me to not get into it without lots of advice and guidance.  So much to learn!

Yeah, you betcha she's a Minnesota girl don't cha know.  Not even remotely serious about the Eick breeding....  I showed Eick's pictures to the owner of Arys (the pup pictured here) and her owner thought he was absolutely stunning.  I commented above about crossing lines & agree with your assumption of high aggression & thin nerves being a VERY bad thing.  She certainly has a mischievous streak but she's very cool  & easy going at the same time nothing phases her even when she is getting beat up by the Chihuahuas
