By this, are you saying that there are NO papers available for the dog?

Funny how you demand that people pay you upfront and TRUST that you'll do all you say but demand others use an escrow service.  That's interesting.

TO USIMPORTS: In your last post you say the buyer, me, wants the refund and to keep the dog as well. Where in ANY of my posts do I say that????  NOT!!!  All I'm asking is for you to either send me what I've paid for already, i.e. his registration papers, and the vet records/test results I also paid for, or just be honest and tell me if in fact you did give my $1000 I sent you to the person who (supposedly) has his papers, and that I will get his papers indeed. For the other poster here, if you e-mail me privately I'll gladly send pics of Uran. thanks 

I said it in regards to her saying she would "Consider" sending the dog back after she was paid in full. Otherwise NO I wouldn't require an escrow service. But she is the one who said considered. And I also have photo's of the dog (before shipment, as well as after from Carolyn)

As far as the links above, posted by the OP (we do know who you are, BTW so you don't have to hide anymore) when you read them (as I am sure most have) READ THEM FROM TOP TO BOTTOM.

this is what I want from you for me to "shut up and go away"

1) all the vet records on this dog as I've been promised, and paid for, i.e. BC, heartworm check, semen eval, thyroid check

2) all registration paperwork that pertains to this dog so I can get him registered with AKC, as you PROMISED I'D GET

3)the "A" stamps you said you'd scan and send me but never did either

If I don't get this I have to assume you're scamming me, and will demand all monies I've paid for this dog, including shipping costs, returned to me, and I will ship the dog back.   If I don't hear from you about this in 24 hours, I'm assuming there will never be any registration paperwork to be had, so this will void our contract/agreement.  You have my home e-mail address to contact me with. I will not accept any more phone calls from you, I want everything between us in writing. I have saved/copied EVERY one of our e-mails, in which you guarantee registration papers, all vet records, "a" stamps and everything.  I will be awaiting your response within 24 hours as to what your intentions are.  If the paperwork is truly in process you should be able to prove it!!

Hi Nicole, sorry about you being scammed too.  I also have a deadline of tonight for her to decide to either refund ALL monies I spent on Uran, including almost $700 to ship him to me, or send me the paperwork PROMISED to me IN WRITING and verbally, that I PAID FOR IN ADVANCE.  I will be in touch with you if nothing satisfactory to me happens, as there are several members of my family in law enforcement and one attorney, so she is going to be in for a rude awakening if she rips me off, that's for sure!  Also, I see that another poster has requested the vet records/medical records that she said she will GLADLY post up here more than once, but still no proof of any of it being in existance!!  WE'll SEE WHAT HAPPENS BY TOMORROW!! Contact me again privately at the e-mail address you wrote to me before, so we can talk in private!

Ok, just returned from getting my money back.  I lost $46 on transaction fees, but that's nothing compared to what I could have lost and the lesson learned.  Be careful on the net, check out names, don't send money up front unless you are very comfortable with it, and don't let anyone rush you into sending money.  I consider myself VERY lucky right now.  I will refrain from commenting further.

Ms. Mills, if you see this, I am messaging you privately with the name of the registered owner of Uran.  It's likely the guy who imported him and may not be the "broker"....I'm not familar with how all this works as far as importing and "brokers" as it is illegal to be a "dog broker" in my state but I do have the name of the registered owner of your dog.  I will assist you in anyway possible.  Just let me know.  When you pay for papers, you deserve papers.

dog brokers smell bad
