Very sorry for your loss and the poor Dog and i hope the breeder does the right thing and refunds your money
Any breed will do this is they are honest, and that does not only apply to Dogs
If you did not get a Fully vaccinated Book with all Vaccines done with the Vets Stamp and Sign itures, then i will say you have been done a bad deed, I cannot speak for what you folk get over there in the USa but over here in Belgium i would noy buy anything without a Full Signed Health Book with Vets Stamps etc

As of right now she won't refund my money she said I have threaten her and I have every email she has sent and I have sent to her and no one has a threat.
I got a shot record but nothing from her vet, this is what she did herself so I do not know if it is true or not now. I am afraid I will have to take her to court, I hate that it has come down to that but I do what I have to do. VA state law states after receipt of dog I have 10 days, and this all happened within 10 days. Sad Angel suffered the most here not including myself.
I want to thank everyone so far for everything you have said and suggestions you have given and I will take all help that I can get. Thank you from Angel and myself.

Find out what the results of her necropsy are before you do anything. If the cause of death is a communicable disease calculate if the exposure could have been while the dog was at the breeder's place or while with you.
So far it's not determined what the dog even died of...possible parvo, possible 101 other things as well... It doesn't pay to jump to conclusions.
This is very unfortunate.

I also never let a pup into a vet office if at all possible. The slim chance of adverse reaction to vaccine is smaller than catching any disease at the vet office. I vaccinate at home, cheaper too.

Still no results yet on what the cause of death is for my girl. But found out from another breeder on a different board that they was going to buy the girl I had but she had missing teeth and the breeder knew about it, the breeder didn't tell me (she told the ones that was going to buy her she had missing teeth) and she knew I was getting her for show and missing teeth is a serious fault.
