I recently had a 5 month old puppy with only 1 ear up so I use an ear form glued in with Fabric Glue, it stayed in for 10 days and the ear has remained up, no problems since.
I bought Tear Mender's Glue and am waiting for DogSportGear to get a shipment of Ear Forms. Did you have to use a Glue Remover or did the Forms just fall out after 10 days?
