Again anyone who would like medical records, please do feel free to request them. There are also photo's (that were sent to the purchaser) of the dog in his current state. And you posted above that he "now eats well, etc" HE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM EATING -- EVER. It was KEEPING HIS WEIGHT. And again BUYER was made aware of this.

WHO are you kidding?  You told me personally on the phone that the dog wouldn't eat without you right there beside him and that he was thin because you had to leave town for a couple days and he wouldn't eat.  Then you told me that your "trainer" told you that he needed to be sent to a boarding kennel for a while before shipping because he was SO attached to you and he needed to be distanced from you.  My thought was WTF...

Seems like I remember that you said you sold the dog to someone on the east coast and they sent him back because he wouldn't eat.

So again, you told me and Carolyn that the dog wouldn't eat without you and guess what, he eats fine without you.

SO, post the vet reports so we can all see them and do something positive to clear your soiled name.

The condition of the dog was disclosed to the purchaser prior to purchase as well as shipment -- we have medical records, as well as statements from the trainer, boarding facility, importer/broker and previous owner. The dog was not starved, nor neglected in any way. If his ACTUAL PURCHASER would like to post here, feel free. Otherwise, we are done responding to this topic. We have made it clear that we WILL PURCHASE THE DOG BACK if that is the direction his BUYER wants to take.

This is interesting, since the broker had offered to take the dog back with full reinbursement why is this arguement still going on. Beyond this there is nothin more that one can do except to keep away from both parties.

There are many instances that allow things to go wrong especially misscomunication between both parties, especially if you come accross the the difficult customer.

Then again, we are not hearing the buyers side from the buyer him/herself so... it is really difficult to take sides.

By the way, tattoos are not the best way to keep track of a dogs ID. I have seen people putting tattooes matching to the certificate #'s on adult dogs so I really dont trust them.

I HAVE ASKED FOR THE VET RECORDS, HIP X-RAYS, ETC, ALONG WITH THE CONTACT INFO OF WHO HAS HIS SV PAPERS, WHICH I'VE PAID EXTRA FOR,NUMEROUS TIMES WITHOUT ANYTHING SENT.  THIS DOG WAS SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED TO THE NATIONALS IN LEXINGTON, KY LAST MONTH, I NEVER HEARD ANYTHING FROM THE PERSON DOING THE DELIVERING, AND TOOK THE WEEKEND OFF TO GO PICK HIM UP FROM HER. SHE NEVER HAD THE DECENCY TO CONTACT ME TO SAY SHE WASN'T/DIDN'T COME, I ACTUALLY GOT IN CONTACT WITH HER THE SATURDAY OF THE SHOW, AND SHE SAID SORRY, SHE DIDN'T COME AFTER ALL. THIS WAS AFTER I HAD WAITED ALMOST A MONTH FOR HIM TO COME ONCE I SENT PAYMENT FOR THE DOG.  SO AT THIS POINT YES I DID DEMAND HIM TO BE SHIPPED, SINCE SHE WOULDN'T BE DELIVERING HIM AFTER ALL.

OK, THIS IS FOR CRAZYDOG: I AM THE PURCHASER OF THIS DOG, MY SON WAS SHOT IN HAS BEEN IN THE HOSPITAL FOR THE PAST SEVERAL DAYS, AND I DIDN'T EVEN KNOW ALL THIS WAS GOING ON TILL THIS MORNING, OR I WOULD HAVE POSTED BEFORE NOW. ANYWAY,  I SENT THE ASKING PRICE FOR HIM, THEN WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE AN ADDITIONAL $1000 IF I WANTED HIS PAPERS, WHICH I DID OF COURSE, SO I SENT THAT AS WELL. I ASKED FOR HIM TO HAVE A BC CHECK, A SEMEN EVAL, AND HEARTWORM CHECK BEFORE SHIPPING. I SENT MONEY FOR ALL THESE TESTS AS REQUESTED FROM THE SELLER. AS OF NOW, SHE STILL HASN'T SEND ME EITHER THE VET RECORDS OR NAME OF THE VET WHO PERFORMED THE WORK, EVEN THOUGH I'VE REQUESTED THIS MANY TIMES.  I ALSO HAVE ASKED FOR THE NAME OF WHOEVER I GAVE THE EXTRA $1000 TO FOR HIS REGISTRATION PAPERWORK, ALL AGAIN WITH NO RESPONSE. I HAVE NO INTENTION OF SENDING HIM BACK AT THIS TIME,  I DIDN'T BUY THE DOG ONLY TO SEND HIM BACK 2 MONTHS LATER. I BOUGHT HIM BECAUSE I WANT HIM,  BUT DON'T WANT A DOG THAT I'VE GOT $3000 INVESTED IN WITH NO PAPERWORK, HE'S WORTHLESS WITH NO PAPERS.  IF THERE ARE NO PAPERS TO BE HAD THAT IS FINE,  ALL SHE (THE SELLER) HAS TO DO IS COME CLEAN AND SAY SO, AND THEN I WILL  SEND HIM BACK AFTER I'VE BEEN REFUNDED ALL I'VE PAID OUT IN THE PURCHASE OF HIM.  SOMETIMES IT ISN'T ALL ABOUT THE MONEY, BUT THE SAFETY/CARE/WELFARE OF THE DOG!!!  RIGHT NOW HE'S IN MUCH BETTER CONDITION THAN WHEN I BOUGHT HIM, AND DON'T WANT TO SEND HIM BACK TO AN ENVIRONMENT THAT ISN'T GOOD FOR THE DOG HIMSELF, HE IS A SUPER NICE DOG!

CONSIDER SENDING THE DOG BACK AFTER YOU WERE REFUNDED? I don't think so. IF WE ARE REFUNDING YOU YOUR MONEY THE DOG WILL BE SHIPPED BACK. YOU DON'T GET TO KEEP THE DOG AND THE MONEY -- THE WORLD DOESN'T WORK THAT WAY.

At this point if you do want a refund, we will need to use an escrow service. That way you get the money and we get the dog.
