I also noticed another error in the 1875 update entry.  It shows Nina as No. 693.  Ruby is No. 693, not Nina.

There's an error in the 1875 stud book for this entry. It lists the sire's name as Tyrant (who is No. 617,Vol. I.) , but shows Tyke's registration number (No. 615, Vol. I.).  The original entry for this bitch, states that Tyrant is her sire.  The only significant change made in the 1875 stud book entry is updated show results.

Nina (No. 693, Vol. I.).—Dr. Griffith Lock's, Lansdowne House, Tenby; breeder, Mr. F. Sale; whelped 1870; colour, white.
Pedigree: By Tyrant (No. 615, Vol. I.) out of Nectar (No. 675, Vol. I.).
Chief Performances: Wolverhampton, 1st prize; Hanley, 2nd prize.

Pedigree: By Tyrant out of Sale's Nectar; Tyrant by Old Trap out of Violet, by Old Jock out of White Violet; Nectar by Old Jock (see No. 558) out of Grove Nettle (see No. 655.)
Chief Performance: Birmingham, 2nd prize, 1872.
