Beware of Sergio Castilla Gutiérrez /Club Sergio Castilla, in Hermosillo Mexico.
I had sent my male German shepherd to be trained and titled for his BH/IPO1 by Sergio, unfortunately after two years of having my dog with him he never titled him like he was supposed to. I also requested for him to send me proof of my dogs preliminary x-rays that were supposed to be done while in Sergio's care, Sergio claims that he did get the prelim x-rays done on my dog but unfortunately was never able to provide proof of those x-rays for me. Now his excuse is that the vet is no longer at the facility, go figure 😑. And while I was away on family vacation for Thanksgiving of 2022 he decided to show up and bring my dog back while i was out of town. Due to me being out of town i had him leave my dog with a good friend of mine and upon dropping my dog off at my friend's house she sent me concerning pictures of my dog in extremely poor conditions, he was very emaciated and in poor health, he was super underweight for a two and a half year old dog. I had shared my concerns with Sergio and my dog being extremely under weight and in poor conditions and to Sergio his weight was perfectly normal for a working dog. I found out from other people that received there dogs in very poor health and body as well. If you don't want your dog looking like a bag of bones don't send them to Sergio Castilla. I also found out that he has been reported on a couple of FB pages for his neglect toward his clients dogs. I had requested for Sergio to Refund me part of the $5,000 for my dog's training but unfortunately haven't heard a word from him.
