Hello out there! Can someone tell me how I can contact pedigree authorities in Belgium and request the correct documents for our dog that we have bought for about a year ago? Two puppies were accidentally exchanged, so the chip number on the dog and the chip number on the pedigree do not fit. A year has passed, but we still do not have the documents. What can we do? Any advice will be appreciated!

Contact breeder, he should have record of who bought who and you can switch pedigrees

THANK YOU! Our problem is that the breeder does not reply to us and does not inform us about what is happening. This has caused a lot of problems, we could not register the dog in Norway, where we live, and we had no insurance, when it appeared that the dog has a genetic decease and had to have two surgeries. We had to pay a lot of money for all that. Is there an authority in Belgium that may solve this conflict or do we need to hire a lawyer and go to court in Belgium? The breeder is the leader of Sharpei club in Belgium, so that is a totally hopeless situation...
