You know that a basic principle of the American system is to know your accuser so either identify yourself or stop posting allegations behind pseudo internet names . Don't knoww whose who here but Mr Carroll has it wrong which leads me to believe he hasn't contacted a lawyer.

If he's going after the guy whose doing all the ranting for libel or slander, then he will have to prove that the crazy guy isn't telling the truth.  The truth is a legal defense against a libel or slander charge.   So regardless, Mr Carroll or patch will have to provide proof of the very things he's asking for to win in court.  Otherwise they can be counter sued for harassment.

Btw, I looked on the list and I only saw patos ipo3 title had been revoked.  If I didn't miss the 2 or 1 in the list.

I do agree with Mr. Carroll's last post though.

Expressing opinions is way different than providing proof. Your opinions mean nothing if you can't prove what you say, we are DONE with this until you can post proof. Opinions with no proof is called libel and with the threats we get from people who fall on the wrong side of our rules, we must take a harder stand against these threads, unfortunately, some have ruined it for all. You can only listen to we will sue you so many times before you say, enough. If you do not like it, go elsewhere. If you can prove it, we will let it stand.

If you post again about this subject with no proof you will banned/removed from this site.

And the name calling and personal attacks need to stop now. All parties posting here should read and then re-read the TOS and if still aren't sure about something please PM an admin.
