First of all our kennel club allows breeding at 16months of age, so she will give birth when she is 18months old.

I have spoken to so many breeders abut each have there own say, some say wait till she is older or wait ill the 3td heat, some say that she can be bred if she is mature.

I really don't know what to do but would like to breed her. I have lined he up a with a top Australian dog.

Will she continue to grow height and with wise after she gives birth or will stop?

First and foremost, unless there is a medical reason (pyometra....), I would not breed a bitch that young.  The AKC allows a female to be bred at 8mos old, that does not make it right.  Rotties can be slow to mature mentally, and her lack of mental maturity could have serious consequences to the puppies, the mother as well as litters she will have in the future.

At 16mos she should be done growing in heigth, but should become stronger.  Breeding her before she is fully developed may also affect future physical maturity.
