Hi i just registered my gsd bitch with the site but cant find her parents i have 4 generations pedigree and can find her great great grand parent ursus v batu how do i enter her full pedigree?

It could be they are just not registered on the site yet. HOWEVER, the site is very finicky regarding spelling. If you leave out a capital letter (I notice you tend to do that! 
) or even add an extra space or dash, the site will not be able to find the dog. The name must be entered EXACTLY as written on the pedigree.
If you still keep drawing a blank, then you can enter the missing dogs yourself. That's how this database works.
