Hello. It's almost Christmas and almost my boy's first birthday. I want to make him a liver cake, but I'm not sure which is the best recipe. Can somebody share their favorite with me? I want to use beef liver, but I've only found recipes for chicken liver. Is beef not good for these cakes?

Bosco had a fun first birthday. We went to the lake behind my house and also to the 100 acre off leash dog park in the next state over. He loved his cake. I've never seen him eat so fast! At the end of the day, he went home happy and tired. :)

Thank you very much. Yes, I try to spend as much time with him as possible. I took off work for his birthday. Hahaha.
