Any dealing with this guy? Stay far away from him.

He takes your money and promises you everything, but never delivers.

Can u say what the problem with him is ?  I have dealt with Shane and he was very

nice.  I've been to his home and even met his kids.  He has nice dogs and was very upfront

with me.

I have also done business with Shane and had no problems with him.  He is very good to work with and has very nice dogs.  I don't think it's right to get on here and complain about him promising everything and then not delivering when your not even saying what he promised you!  If you have a true complaint then you should be able to identify yourself and identify the problem at hand not just make broad statements warning people to not deal with him.  Maybe if you actually talked to Shane and let him know what you are unhappy about that could solve your problem instead of just getting on here and making complaints about him.  

He owes me money for over 2 years for a dog that he bought from someone else. I am just frustrated because he tells me on a regular basis that he is sending money. Never shows up. Paypal the money. doesnt arrive. I never said he had bad dogs. I am just frustrated with empty promises.

I can't speak for the original poster, but i can speak from my own experience, which was quite awful.  While i would agree that Shane comes off as nice and has beautiful dogs, i was victim of two expensive and unhealthy pups.  I was promised money to reimburse me for the vet issues and shipping that i never received.  Eventually i was offered a partial reimbursement because even my second puppy was so far from what would be expected from a quality GSD that is really was a joke... and the money never came.  He took my money and NEVER gave me what i paid for.  While i would agree that i was given many fair options to settle the unfortunate situation... he never came through on any of them.  The puppies he offered were unregisterable and given the thousands i was asked to pay i was not ok with a puppy without papers.  I also was no longer sure that a puppy would really be shipped becasue i had been promised so many things and a year later nothing had ever happened.  If it hadn't been for the fact that he was states away i most definitely would have pursued him legally though i've found he makes it nearly impossible to track him as he claims not to use banks and checking accounts because of his past divorces.  I also could no longer return the second puppy b/c it would have devastated my children after having gone through the first ordeal.  The second puppy also had considerable health issues. I had multiple vets give an opinion in order to make sure it wasn't a vet issue.  The second pup is now an adult and still has health issues that the vet says he will likely never shake.  He also looks more like a rescue dog than a GSD of fine breeding.  That said I have had many folks come to me for GSD purchasing advice and my current advice is just stay away.  His story and dogs are something that lures you in, but when things get serious, he WILL not come through.  I am aware that i am not the only one who has fallen victim to the promises.  I should also mention that i blame myself because i had been warned to just walk away prior to my purchase but i too thought the other breeder was just exaggerating or listening to hearsay.  The fact of the matter is; i should have listened.  I'm still to this day disheartened by what happened to me and i haven't bought a dog since because i have to admit i am no longer sure who can be trusted in this industry.
