I'd posted this thread back in February. A few people came through for me and told me some great info, so I bit the bullet and bought the dog (this dog).
I could not be happier with her (thank you to Iveta Pejsova at ORRYLORDBLACK.CZ). Sooo, now I'm planning my first litter with her, and as she has just turned 6, there won't be more than a couple, so I am being extra extra careful to make them count. I have some ideas, but am open to hearing others'. I want very stong temperament and HEALTH. Longevity is HUGE to me. Beauty is a very "old style" type dog, quite balanced, extremely good brain, but if I had to choose, I'd say she is more defensive than prey driven *when it comes to sport* (she is a serious threat to any squirrell or rabbit, lol). By defensive, I truly mean "willing to defend" not "sketchy temperament" LOL. She is quite a beast.
To those who answered and/or PM'd before, what would your ideal pairings be? Sure, I know THIS dog, but I don't know the entire pedigree so if you happen to know what crosses excellently with them on a consistent basis, I'm all ears.
Here are a few pics of Megy (that's what she was called in CZ) from this week.

gorgeous ...just gorgeous....2nd to last photo is b-e-a-u-tiful!
why not breed her to your male that you co-own?....

I might, LF. He's not yet titled, though fingers crossed he gets his certification in the near future (he has an opportunity to be certified by NAPWDA). I do have another male, littermate to that guy, who has his BH and is going to get his 1 either fall or spring, but I haven't decided whether I want to go right back immediately into "my" lines or if I want to bring something else different in since she is wide open, as far as linebreeding. Then I'd cross that back onto my Capri kids. We joke that she and Capri together, if we could figure out a way to make that happen, would be the perfect dog.

I have no clue what the correct answers to your questions would be, but I would love to chime in to say she looks gorgeous, very serious looks, she has excellent front and head, you know how to pick them.

It's nice to have a reply, and even nicer to see it's IBRAHIM!!! Glad you're still able to check in. Nice to hear from you.
Thanks. I'm pleased with her. I have had her 6 months now and just hadn't posted. My "master plan" is to use her offspring to cross back onto the small stockpile of Capri kids I've been hoarding. She will hopefully help me keep the strength, nerves, substance and aggression without adding more prey drive and general energy (Megy is VERY calm) to the Capri pups. The Chico pups were pushing the envelope as far as overall drive. Also hoping Capri's strong "stamp" will keep structure very nice. Beauty has ok structure (she's SG) but she's no Capri (who is?!) and I'm not in love with her croup. Typical working line croup, but I'm picky.

Sorry, Nan, lol; you replied while I was typing. I don't mean that it's not nice to hear from you, too. :)
