How to record an "a" Stamp Hip and "ED" Elbow rating in an AWDF scorebook
Excluding any disucssion about the current issues with the GSDCA and WDA, is anyone familir with the WDA, SV hip and elbow evaluation process? How are the hip and elbow ratings supposed to be recorded in a scorebook? Does the Vet put it in there, or is the scorebook mailed to WDA, or does a judge need to enter the results?
Here is a link to the program on the WDA website:
http://www.gsdca-wda.org/asp/services/hip.aspx
and here is the application form so the X-rays can be sent to the SV for review:

Second item, how do you record non-OFA genetic tests in an AWDF scorebook? Here is a list of the non-ofa tests they accept and the application form to submit the test results separately for OFA to add to the database:

USCA has a similar process, so I will take ANY insights into the process. Here is a link to the USCA method:

Xrays and required forms and documents have to be sent to the WDA office. WDA/SV also accept digital submission of xrays. WDA will forward all materials to Germany for evaluation and rating. The a stamp is put on the pedigree and all documents are sent back to the WDA office and then forwarded to the owner on record. I have never seen an a stamp in a scorebook.
Hope it helps.

Thanks Nadia that makes sense. I was just wondering if there was any proper way to note it on the health test pages of the AWDF issued scorebooks. If you haven't seen it done, perhaps there is no official way to note it in the AWDF scorebooks afterall.
