I just wanted to warn everyone about the website, Best Value Pet Supplies. They offer cheap name brand flea, tick heartworm, and other pet medicines. After almost 2 months I have never received my order from the site. I have emailed them 10 times and have not received a reply. They do not have a phone number on their site, just the email address I tried. I looked up their facebook page and found bad reviews and the same problem happening to others for years.
I just want to warn pet owners out there about this website! I saw a post recommending them on this website's forum from 2011 but I could not post a new reply since it was too old. Please be careful out there! I was ripped off by this site and wanted to give a heads up to others.

I have used them in the past with no issues but things may have changed. Thanks for the info.

I ordered from them about a month ago and got my shipment within 10 days, which I thought was extremely reasonable considering it was an overseas package. That said I did have an order about a year ago that took a very long time to come. I contacted them a few times before I actually heard back from them, but they did take care of it.
Do you still have your tracking number that they send you? You might want to track your package if possible and see if it actually ever made into the US or if it is stuck in one of our Customs offices. About two years ago I did an order from a company in Israel that took almost five months to get to me. After the required six weeks the company refunded my money, contacted the Israel Postal System, who contacted me with legal paper work to sign saying I had never received the package, and then they contaced the NYC Post Office; the package had been sitting in NY for 4 1/2 months! I cannot tell you how many of my packages USPS has lost; I have had much better luck with UPS and FedEx.

I've used them for years with no issues. This past time, it was late by a few days and I emailed. I had a reply in under 2 hours and they tracked it down where it showed it'd been delivered. I said it hadn't and they sent me another. A day later, my neighbor brought my order over and apologized that they'd been out of town a few days and didn't know when it had actually arrived. Post office's fault, not BVPS.
Bottom line, it's coming from Australia and gets passed around from different couriers. More hands=more chances of getting delayed/lost. I have never had an order take more than 14 days and never had a problem with customer service, ever. Perhaps your emails aren't going through, Kathryn???
