Yes, all elections are tampered with to some degree. Some cases are well documented such as the JFK/Nixon election where JFK won by a narrow margin due to fixed, faked votes in Chicago at Sam Giancana's direction (the "outfit" voted dead folks for JFK).
The video above is a real case and was ignored by the mainstream media. It proved that electronic voting machine software was being "reprogrammed" to add or subtract vote totals depending on what the intel agnecies want. All voting is run by intel agencies and is corrupted, except when there are landslides. Many documented cases exist where exit polls were completely variant to the vote totals recorded, suggesting vote fraud.
Electronic voting machines have made vote fraud very easy. Janet Reno covered up masive vote fraud in Florida when she was the Florida State Attorney General there and her reward was to be given the Attorney General job for the USA.
Now, electronic voting machines are manufactured by two companies both allegedly owned by individuals who are related. Both are alleged to allow govt tampering of vote totals. Years ago some of them were made by the chitown outfit. Some states have outlawed electronic voting with no paper trail, since these machines use phone lines to report and their software is easily hacked. Much of this is disclosed on the web site blackboxvoting.org and http://www.votefraud.org/. If you want to spend some time doing some internet research on this you will be surprised at what you discover is the actuate state of vote fraud now.
There is much more to the story and it involved the history of VNS (voter news services) which was an organization in NYC owned by the Major News Corps collectively that counted all the final totals for the big elections and "processed them" any way they were instructed to by intel. Reporting on this used to be dangerous but nowdays no one seems to care, even the perps faking the vote, since they are so overly confident that the public really doesn't care as ong as they have their TVs to watch 3-4 hours plus per day.
