I can just see the Oil Exec board members, way back when, saying lets build a pipeline for oil that we'll never be able to maintain or monitor for its lifetime, or any of our lifetimes for that matter, and we'll build it along our pristine waterways because we'll save money big-time that way. And the public is already scared with their pants off of them after that Arab Oil embargo, so they'll buy whatever crap we tell them, lock, stock and crude oil barrel.
