I there way to find out what prominent deceased studs from have frozen semen available?

There is a breeder in Germany with frozen semen from some of the best Busacher-Schloss dogs....IMO much better than any of the VA dogs today...wont get you anywhere in the ring, but Golden age of GSD. Otherwise, why bother. SV will not resister the dog with frozen semen.
