Wow...looks like you found the feminine incarnation of your heart dog, Jenni.  She is formidable, both in appearance and lineage.  Looking forward to watching what Megy produces for you as they develop [though she'll have to work hard to bring a female pup into the world who's as pretty as Rory...speaking of which, it's time for updated pictures of her, Hallix!]

Don't know how, but DP.

So I'll use it to say that some new pictures of Dolce would also be nice, since they just turned 2 yrs old. :)

Very pretty girl jen. I would love to see what you get from her, I'm sure whichever way you go, all will be great.

I would love to see you go with Caleb offspring on her. Best wishes for you and her whichever way you deceide to go.

I also would love a Doice update, complete with pics.(and a Deb update. Miss her posts)

Yes, Hexe. Thank you. The strong link between Caleb and Beauty is Xero z PS. It's remarkable how similar they are, and even Beauty to Xero in a natural stack. Uncanny.

Dolce is now with me. I got her 2 weeks ago today, I think. There really don't seem to be any pictures from the last 2 years that you guys haven't already seen (a couple show pics). I have taken some in the time she's been with me, so here they are. Nothing fancy...but here she is. She was in heat when I got her so she was penned up when other dogs were loose. No, she is not always imprisoned. :)

Both dogs are gorgeous, but Dolce really catches my eye. Absolutely love her structure. Congratulations on producing such a beautiful dog.

Your Pia female looks to be a line breeding 4-4 on both Urs and Harro,of the two Harro seems to have been a better producer,I knew the Urs male pretty well and even though he had some very good points he had some  weak areas also,, his progeny what I remember were pretty so-so, many average but a few were very nice out of Urs ,if you find a Harro line bred male you like I would stick with that or even a stud linebred on the Connie female but they seems  very difficult to find. Many of the Staatsmacht dogs you will find the Connie female  on one side of the ped, many like what Drago vom Patriot is producing and the Rush male if or when he returns and a hand full of a few others for known consitant producers of fine working dogs, some nice producers in Europe also but I,m assuming you prefer a choice in America, guess everyone has their own short list on favorite working male studs out there.Mostly depends on what the goals are of what type of working dog one is trying to produce.Good luck keep us posted whom you decide on.

You mean her MOTHER is a 4-4 on Urs and Harro, Bundishep, right?  Megy has no linebreeding.

Harro would be the obvious choice but not sure I'm looking to go the "obvious" route w/the current flavors of the week. No disrespect to males mentioned but I have different ideas for her. I want to create something strong that will give me a lot of avenues to explore w/her offspring. I want to take advantage of the openness of her breeding and give myself a nice batch to cross back onto Capri offpsring with. I would love to get my hands on frozen semen from Capri's father though...tried and no luck. His littermate...same thing. All gone. :(

I've gotten some really helpful info via PM from someone who knows Capri's lines well, knew some of them in person well so that has been a huge help in decision-making, though I'm far from having made a decision. I was really hoping to breed her to one of the Fasanerie boys but sadly that's not going to happen. The old "who gets the frozen semen in a divorce" problem, LOL...
