I am trying to register progeny out of Karat's Yoker, but no matter what I put in, it always comes up as "Sire unknown".
I have tried "VA1 DK, V1 D Karat's Yoker", just "Karat's Yoker" , switched kennel name and first name around etc.
Does anybody have an idea how to search for Karat's Yoker?
Yes, he is registered here, I found him through the progeny list of Ursus.

Just type Yoker in the sire field and select karat's yoker in the 1st 50 results list and you'll get through!

and than on page 22

Just type: Karat Yoker and he will show up.
It all depends on how the name was spelled at the time of registration.
